1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website at rx-tech-solutions.com.au ("the Site") or engaging the services of RX-Tech-Solutions ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

2. Services

RX-Tech-Solutions provides computer repair and IT support services to residential and small business customers in the Moreton Bay Region, QLD. Services include but are not limited to PC and laptop repairs, virus and malware removal, hardware upgrades, network setup, data recovery, and mobile device repairs.

All service bookings are subject to availability and our assessment of the work required. We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion.

3. No Fix, No Fee Policy

Our No Fix, No Fee guarantee applies to diagnostic and repair services where we are unable to resolve the reported fault. This guarantee does not apply where:

  • The fault is resolved but a separate unrelated issue exists.
  • The customer declines a recommended repair after diagnosis.
  • Parts or third-party services are required and have been ordered or engaged.
  • The issue is caused by software, licensing, or factors outside our control.

4. Data and Backups

While we take all reasonable care when handling your device, you are responsible for backing up your data before any repair or service. RX-Tech-Solutions is not liable for any data loss that occurs during the course of providing services, including but not limited to hardware failure, software reinstallation, or unforeseen complications.

We strongly recommend maintaining regular backups of all important data.

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices quoted are estimates only until a full assessment is completed. Final pricing will be confirmed before work commences. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, credit card, and bank transfer.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, RX-Tech-Solutions' liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the cost of re-supplying the service or refunding the amount paid for the service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty, or other term or condition implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of RX-Tech-Solutions or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.
